Another Brexit economic verdict arrived last month in the form of an 83-page NBER working paper - and it is devastating.

What shocks me more is how politely politics continues to look away from the person who drove the bus.

I'd recommend a visit to Bastogne in Belgium and the scene of the Battle of the Bulge.
One of the last big battles of WW2, where US troops destroyed the remnants of the Wehrmarcht making victory inevitable.
The gentleman is a fine example of the courage of the US army.

Watching the President receive the FIFA Peace Prize, I'm struggling to think of a more obvious attempt at placating/grovelling to a tyrannical man-baby than by giving him an entirely made-up award that makes literally no sense whatsoever.

Harrods sells itself as a high-end top-quality retailer where a big Turkey can cost £130. The truth is Harrods turkey’s come from factory farms where animals are treated with routine cruelty and disregard.

Farage's Register of Interests update: Bassim Haidar, one of his biggest donors and linked to the WEF, paid for his US trip in November with 2 aides (£55k). Photos show Farage at the "Patriots Award", which happened a day after a CPAC fundraiser (where tickets ranged $5k-$25k).

The UK’s laziest Councillor?

Reform UK’s Councillor Shaun Knowles in Northumberland has been paid £9340.67 since becoming a councillor.

An FOI has shown he’s sent 2, TWO emails since May!

He’s attended just 1 meeting (in Sept) since elected.

Reform UK wasting tax payer money.

Three out of five men in this shot have been accused of sexual misconduct, harassment or abusive behaviour towards women. A fourth signed into law a near-total abortion ban in his state as governor.

Choir singing carols. Xmas tree lights on. Jolly cheers.

Jon Craig on Sky: It's huge, more colourful, a better tree than we've seen in recent years. If I were to make a cynical point, I wonder if the PM is thinking whether he'll be switching it on next year.

These people are just exhausting. ~AA

Yes thank goodness. Eat your heart out Chris Mason and Co whilst you beaver away chasing negative spin.
Because there’s not much else to complain about. They don’t want to moan about kids being lifted out of poverty or millionaire property owners paying a bit more so they’ve settled on shouting about that. 🙄

Too late. Marco Rubio already spilled the truth. The so called peace plan was Russia’s wish list, not something the US drafted. He’s trying to walk it back but the damage is done.

He’s scrambling.
