I’d like to know what Starmer’s risk rating was on his decision to appoint Mandy.

Of course no one would appoint Mandy knowing what Trump is this term.
Keir Starmer took the risk and appointed Mandleson as US Ambassador, against the advice of the Security Services. Surely Starmer must resign?
