Did you know that the UK, which gets to spend all of England’s revenue as well as about 40% of the revenue of Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, fails to balance its books or reduce its deficit? Meanwhile the Scottish Government, with very limited devolved powers, balances its books every year.👇
