Zohran Mamdani is putting a 2% Wealth Tax on the richest 1%.

A wealth tax, in the USA of all places.

It can be done.

The launch of How To Launder Money, written by Cottrell - who was jailed for money laundering - was attended by Farage, Tice, Candy, Cunningham and Brexit Party MEP Daubney. For critics, the symbolism could hardly be clearer: a gathering that feels less ironic than simply taking people for mugs.

I like the government pivot to reminding voters that Farage is an avowed enemy of NATO & Europe & an ardent admirer of Vladimir Putin, who routinely orders the murders of critics & opponents. It is politically effective & morally essential.

I prefer it when ‘Traitors’ describes the TV program, not the people potentially electing the next government.
2024 Reform UK voters are also less likely to describe themselves as anti-Russia (48%) than other voters (66-79%)

The main argument against rejoining the EU is that it would "embolden Farage".

Bullshit. It would expose Farage.

It would force him to oppose the majority of voters, remind them that his last "Great Crusader" left us poor and powerless, and force him to admit he wants us to remain that way.

It doesn’t really matter *why* Trump’s desire to destabilise & divide Europe precisely mirrors Vladimir Putin’s - whether kompromat, self-interest, naked bigotry or something else l. What matters is that Europe treats both regimes like the enemies of progress & democracy they so clearly are.

Just checking, it's now ok to flee your homeland, because you're afraid for your safety, and seek refuge in another Country?

Glad we've cleared that up. Let's hear no more about immigration and refugees then.

Two weeks ago, Peter Mandelson told us he had no recollection of planning to buy a £2m apartment in Rio via a Panama holding company and a Brazilian company.

Yesterday we found notarised incorporation documents for the Brazilian company, with Mr Mandelson's signature.

First past the post is fuelling distrust, fragmentation and instability. If Labour is serious about democratic renewal, it must lead the case for electoral reform now

We know he pays zero tax in the UK.
