And by all accounts, everyone prosecuted at the time were told they were the only ones. It's inconceivable that all of a sudden a large swathe of PO staff decided to steal money and nobody in power looked for the factor that linked them all together.

19 years ago the government knew that the Post Office Horizon system was faulty, but they allowed PO staff to be falsely criminalised. They are guilty of perverting the course of justice, but will face no charges. The WM Establishment, a corrupt and immoral crime syndicate, protects its own.
