It's time EU,European countries and the rest of the world put sanctions on the 🇺🇸, stop trading with the dictator convicted felon, Trump will find out that they need the rest of the world more than the rest of the world needs them.
Trump policy re everything (not just Greenland) is 'If you don't do as I demand, I will punish you.' Countries, people, all the same.

As far as I can tell, we don’t give up on criminal law because some people break it. So, why do countries seem to be giving up on international law because the USA, Israel and other are choosing to break it? Isn’t this the exact moment when we need it most?

We lived in Ireland for a decade and were only able to vote in local and EU elections, not in GE or any constitutional votes, obviously we couldn't vote in UK or Scottish elections while there either. I think Ireland has the right idea.

As someone said we don't need the BBC or any media to agree with scotgov or independence we just need them to be truthful and unbiased, that should be the norm for every media outlet.
This by @neilmackay.bsky.social is so baffling. And it's true. Every time I was up in Scotland I was astonished about how badly under- and misrepresented the independence movemnt is on the BBC. While its still going strong.
