Evidence based guidance to help families and professions consider when it might be childhood cancer (a disease where the symptoms may be a bit vague and like lots of other routine childhood illness).
We want #HealthcareProfessionals to consider the question: 'Could it be cancer?'

If a child has 3 persistent symptoms, 3 GP visits, or 3 weeks of unexplained symptoms, it might be time to call your local on-call paediatrician 📞

We know how difficult accessing welfare benefits is for children and young people with cancer, which is why the system desperately needs to change. While we await further news on what changes may be to come, read our latest statement and more about our new benefits research here: ow.ly/uFqh50Vi8WB

Beautiful 👇
Recently I missed a couple of weeks of posting my photos here due to really bad mental health but I hope to make up for that.
I design my photos using recent research into the shift in brain activity from fight/flight to rest &relaxation triggered by looking at plants/at something we find beautiful.

🌱 Organic farming boosts soil health, biodiversity, and cuts carbon emissions.

We’re backing the call for 10% of England’s farmland to go organic, working with farmers to protect landscapes and build a healthier, greener future.

The government should aim for 10% of farmland in England to be organic or risk 'becoming an outlier' within the UK and Ireland.

Yep she was spot on again. Knew snow was coming two days in advance and behaviour changed. She’s very happy today. ❤️ #Airedales #Dogs #WeatherWatchers

We’re definitely expecting snow. Weather reports can be hit and miss but my Dog is always right - she’s been outside watching the sky and sniffing the air all day - usual pre snow behaviour. Then we’ll get this behaviour … 😂

A positive step closer to protecting some of the most vulnerable children.
We welcome the opportunity the Children's Wellbeing and Schools Bill brings and the commitment to a ‘child-centred government’, while recognising that robust policy change must be paired with proper investment.
