I plan to post at least one of my photos a day here on Bluesky. I design each of my photos using recent research into the benefits to mental health of looking at plants & patterns in nature.
Making my collections relaxes my noisy autistic+ADHD brain & they'll relax yours by looking at them here:

I made these with & for my daughters when they were small. Each little gingerbread house was about 3 cm high. Afterwards we ate the whole village like 3 Godzillas🦖.
Really hope your day has good things in it, especially if you struggle with this time of year x🌿

Just saw a lump on the road, stopped my car & went to help what was clearly a hedgehog in distress.
Reader, it was a mangel worzel. A loamy tuber.

If your brain’s super tired & you’re struggling but you have stuff to do so don’t have the option to hibernate then hi, me too. This photo’s for your brain-if you pause on it for a few moments it’s likely to dial down stress hormone & trigger dopamine release:a small mind hack 🐚

53 seconds of bumblebees on my winter flowering honeysuckle just now. It’s warm enough today (9 celsius) for them to forage. This shrub is stupendous for bees in winter-like a small oasis of nectar for them, plus it smells gorgeous so good for my human hooter & brain too
