I have watched the first part of Bridgerton S4 and would now like the second, please 😂

What are the odds I can talk my spouse into watching a Bridgerton episode before Critical Role comes on in a little over an hour.

I love the Devils and I literally *cannot* stand to watch the rest of tonight's game. Between the announcers continuing to talk about Jack as if the rest of the team hasn't been forced to make up his slack for the last TWO MONTHS he's played without being completely healed, and trading away Palat

You don't need to watch the video of someone being killed to know that someone was killed.

On an emotional level, your amygdala can't really tell the difference between the video and being there.

Depending on your personal history, this could be mildly shocking or enduring trauma.

Why bother?

Just finishing reading a 450+ page book on perfectionism* and woof. Excellent read, lots to think about, and my brain absolutely needs the next read to be something light and fantastical 😂.

Torn between sending a knee-jerk reply to a work email asking for my boss's opinion - because historically he volunteers me without any discussion - or leaving it alone in the hope he actually listens the unhappy feedback I've given multiple times on the issue.

Poured a set of coasters tonight that will be gifted to one of the friends I met through my very first game of D&D several years ago ☺️.

No reforms. Only banishment to the fucking void. Abolish ICE.
The Congressional Progressive Caucus, which has nearly 100 members, announced its members will oppose any new funding for immigration enforcement until "meaningful" reforms are put in place. www.huffpost.com/entry/doj-fe...

All right, Cruz's voicemail was full but not Cornyn's, so I asked whoever listens to my message to share it with Cruz's staff.

Van Duyne's mailbox in DC also seems to be full or disconnected? It kept asking me for the code to get into the voicemail.

Hey folks— if you are in New Jersey please urgently call your state senator and assemblyperson.

It looks like we may pass the Immigration Trust Act tonight on the LAST DAY of the session, which closes at noon tomorrow.

I am somehow both burned out with gardening (still haven't cleaned up the remnants of last year's crops), and sitting here with at least three tabs open of new seeds to buy and grow 😂.

Call your reps today even though it’s Saturday. Don’t tweet or post at them, that does nothing. Call, and if you can’t call fax, and if you can’t fax email, and if you can’t email send a postcard.

Then set a weekly reminder in your phone to call, bc there’s always something to yell about.

I attended an author panel at ALA Con last year that included Becky, and it was such a joy to listen to her speak about the process of WILH and her passion for Horror fiction. I don't really read horror by itself! Body horror in

A way to support Vida is by donating via Gogetfunding. It's a bit more daunting than gofundme, but it works similarly. Let's keep Vida's voice among those we hear (okay, read, but you all know what I mean).
Hello all, I'm sure some here are wondering why I've gone quiet lately.

The TL;DR: I have Polycystic Kidney Disease for a long time. This year, I was pregnant and gave birth prematurely. And while dealing with the baby's NICU stay, a nephro told me I will need a kidney transplant in 4 years. +
Hi all; I'm going to undergo a significant procedure later this year (sorry, would rather not disclose) and my husband's health insurance doesn't cover it. We're going to need funds for the care during and after. Any help would be much appreciated:
