This video is beautiful and worth your time to view. What if we decided to be a world of givers and not of takers?
Something from Anthony Orendorff who was, himself, detained for a few days in LA. Taking the lead from our immigrants. This is how we win.

Asking 42 million to reapply, and then thinking the USDA is going to process those applications in an expeditious manner, is obscene.

I hope those Senate Dems are glad they gave away people’s healthcare so the GOP could then dismantle SNAP benefits.
USDA head says ‘everyone’ on SNAP will now have to reapply
Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins on Thursday said the Trump administration is planning to have all Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program (SNAP) beneficiaries reapply for the program due t…

Trump's entire gambit is to bully and harass and intimidate people into silence. But the elections last Tuesday, the huge No Kings turnout, and the packed rooms I saw in New Hampshire this week are proof that his plan is not working.

This does not sit well for the American people. Our gut is telling us something is wrong here.

The question comes up over and over again: if there’s nothing to hide, then why is the President engaged in such a clear cover up and pressure campaign of Members of Congress?

JD Vance calls ibuprofen "useless medication" and implies it's not "necessary, safe and effective."

This is literally treated as radical, outside-the-bounds of normal political discourse.

But Elon Musk gets $1,000,000,000,000.

Enough to by every unhoused person in America a $1.3 million home.

Enough to cover federal spending on school lunches for 57 years.

Starbucks CEO Brian Niccol's pay in 2024 = $95.8 MILLION
Median Starbucks barista pay in 2024 = $14,674.
That's $1000 LESS than US poverty level, 2025.

We don't have a Starbucks closer than 30 mins away here in rural Maine, I won't buy from them anyway, and fully support a Starbucks Strike.
Starbucks baristas have done everything right — organized, bargained, and stood together.

But the CEO still refuses to offer a fair contract or end union busting.

If baristas go on ULP strike, our response is simply DON’T BUY STARBUCKS.

Walmart and McDonald’s are among the top employers of workers who rely on food stamps.

McDonald's CEO raked in $18.2M last year — over 1,000x the company's median employee pay.

Walmart's CEO pocketed $27.4M — 930x the company's median employee pay.
