18 months of pilates. core strength is way up, flexibility is way up. I have never been lithe - i have a greatsword build, not a rapier build. But I think maybe in 18 more months I'll be able to do some things that almost feel lithe.

tried to help a small stray cat but he got scared off by a neighbor. very friendly little guy though, he got 1.5 cans of food from us at least.

I never see this really emphasized in news about Senate votes so - reminder that the 45 Democratic senate seats represent something like 54% of the population.
