I don't believe that, but even if true the initial strike was also immoral and illegal.
A top admiral is expected to tell lawmakers tomorrow that he and his legal adviser concluded that the two survivors of a boat strike in September were attempting to continue their drug run, making them and the damaged vessel legitimate targets for another attack.

I remember live-chatting on IRC with friends. Analogue OTA was consistently like 5-10 seconds ahead of cable and 10-15 seconds ahead of satellite. HD OTA has a slightly smaller margin IIRC.
Fair warning that I've been told it's sometimes TOO good. The live notifications (which I don't use) sometimes beat the TV feed apparently
