Most turnpikes have had it for at least 40+ years (no idea when the automatic printed tickets started) since they print the time you entered the turnpike...

Yes! Two is fine as well but a bit longer, same-y, and more mean spirited. Haven't watched the direct to video first set of sequels. My kids made us turn off the 2021 Disney+ original "Home Sweet Home Alone" since it was boring, mean, and not funny.

Or we can help grow real adult ice cream culture when people buy it and finish the cone in the car before they drive off, happier since they just ate ice cream.

Honestly think the former surf shop now rug store at Gordon would be a good spot for an ice cream place. Lots of foot traffic and a nice place to get a treat for cut through drivers before they have to deal with Duke to telegraph;)

Very sad. We pretty regularly get take-out from there. Third closure in about 10(?) years there. Which both is a lot and not a lot for restaurants?

There's a very nice random used electronics and used video game stuff store near my inlaws place in MA. I think Alexandria clearly needs one and this is now your calling.

There's also the similar/opposite question of "did you ever put an audio CD into your CD-Rom to see if any data files were there or were you boring?'

I guess the eastern bit of wheeler is more commercial but the industrial-like commercial

Other than the few blocks along Duke between s. quaker and Roth that feels more like deciding to preserve those industrial zones instead of pro-small business? Which I feel is a bit more defensible.

Well I've seen a Vanity Fair in a store to buy but never a Semafor.

Here, I somewhat fixed it...

I think I've made some joke in the past about them running 30 Super Long routes that would continue on past Braddock to like the Birchmere ;)

every crime committed in the context of a war is not a war crime, every death in a war is not a murder, but this was absolutely cold-blooded murder in a way that no war could justify, even if we were at war, which we aren't

There's one more twist coming next too

DVD capable device, yes. But I still possess a VHS player but those are mostly for the archives. My parents still have one hooked up and we sometimes watch with the kids holiday shows we taped in the 90s.

Nice! (Me quietly shuffles away with my pan and scan VHS set, letterbox THX VHS set, and DVD set that has the theatrical laserdisc version as a special feature...)
