Jake Porter found more evidence of Angela McArdle's corruption

It is Steven Nekhaila and the rest of the Libertarian National Committee's responsibility to bring legal action against McArdle for the membership money she took.

They are failing.

MAGA paid a lot of money to Angela McArdle to sell out the Libertarian National Committee to Donald Trump.
Way more than 30 pieces of silver.
She resigned when the evidence of embezzlement came out, but there is still a derivative lawsuit against her.

Angela McArdle has resigned, but her replacement doesn't seem to have a plan to get the Libertarian Party back on a track for growth. What must be done?

If this is substantiated every single justice department attorney who touched the filings denying jurisdiction should be disbarred unless they're individually willing to put in a sworn statement declaring that they were told something different and identifying who lied to them about it
BREAKING: Documents filed in court today assert that officials from El Salvador told the United Nations that it "facilitated the use of the Salvadoran prison infrastructure" by the U.S. but that "the jurisdiction and legal responsibility for these persons lie exclusively with the" U.S.

The US won the geopolitical lottery having Canada and Mexico as neighbors. This kind of offensive nonsense is doing so much damage, not just to America's standing in the world, but to our security.
Trump: "When you take away that artificial line that looks like it was done by a ruler ... you look at that beautiful formation of Canada and the US, there is no place anywhere in the world that looks like that. And then if you add Greenland, that's pretty good."

Fine to refuse to criticize Trump on principle. If you think he’s right, or that - on the merits - criticism is inappropriate, Yahtzee.

But this institutional cowardice from BigLaw just bewilders and disgusts me.

When the hell did William Kunstler die and get replaced by Zorba the Clerk?

Do not normalize frickin’ Nazi salutes.

For crying out loud.
For those playing along at home we are now at the: "Ok sure they're Nazi salutes - but that doesn't make them expressions of Nazism" stage of denial.

Nixon caught some hell for saying, “if the president does it, then it’s not illegal.” But this is more egregious.

Trumps comment simply drives home his alienness. Standing against his degeneracy is standing with America. We don’t have masters. We don’t bow to tyrants. Americas civic tradition is complex, democratic, libertarian, raucous, conflicted. It abhors tyrants.

Can someone please explain why the word for people who throw out 80 years of precedent is "conservative"? What is being conserved?
Every few months we get another article where it's reported John Roberts doesn't understand why everyone is mad at him for ruling that it's okay for oil companies to strangle bald eagles, like he has no choice but to follow the law, when in every case they're throwing out 80 years of precedent.
