I’m dismayed that we have fewer interactions with people with the rise of online shopping. I visited a bike shop and chatted with the owner for a while. He’s retiring after 33 years and becoming a full time artist. The interaction was the highlight of my day and he learned some things about climate.

The thing that stands out here is so many Dems run campaigns terrified of (and thus buying into) the Fox News framing.

If you wanna take a literal FIREHOSE to your gut and clean it out periodically (or just get more fiber in your diet), soak a tablespoon of chia seeds in warm water and add some lemon juice.
