Anti-science movements are threats to patient care and public health.

They reject mainstream scientific views and methods and replace them with pseudoscientific propaganda for nefarious gains.

A conspiracy theorist dies and goes to heaven.

God says, “I’ll tell you anything you want to know.”

“At last! Who shot JFK?”

God says, “Oswald, acting alone.”

Conspiracy theorist says, “Shit. This goes even higher than I thought…”

Racism worsens health outcomes.

MAGA is MAHA.

Where are the wellness and MAHA influencers denouncing this bigotry that makes America sicker?

So true. So true.
Owners of dogs will have noticed that if you provide them with food/shelter/affection, they will think you are God.

Whereas owners of cats are compelled to realize that if you provide them with food/shelter/affection, they draw the conclusion that they are Gods.

One hallmark of pseudoscience is an emphasis on confirmation rather than refutation.

Scientists are constantly and consistently trying to prove themselves wrong, whereas those who practice pseudoscience are more concerned with proving themselves right.

Now seems a good time to point out that Erin Elizabeth has repeatedly claimed I’m connected to Jeffrey Epstein.

The funny thing is that the Epstein files mention her circle—RFK Jr. and Joseph Mercola—but my name? Absent.

Fancy that. 😊

Defending MAHA and its pseudoscience is an exercise in motivated reasoning and mental gymnastics, not scientific thinking.

The plural of anecdote is misinformation.

Problems with anecdotal medical evidence:

- Regression to mean
- Self-limiting illnesses
- Multiple treatments
- Reporting bias
- Confirmation bias
- Vague outcome measures
- Placebo
- Memory fallibility

You don’t beat fascism and anti-science movements by pretending there’s a middle ground.

You beat it by exposing its propaganda and fighting back.

I sometimes wonder what would happen if I ever decided to use all that I've learned debunking quackery for evil, as in inventing new forms of quackery that will appeal to MAHA. Fortunately, I've never actually done it and, hopefully, never will.
Today is my birthday.

And as such, I’m super excited to announce that I’ll be opening an integrative medicine clinic to launch a new detox supplement line that will address the root cause of every single health condition.
