The only millennials Trump gets to interact with regularly are Vance, his advisors and his children. Mamdani is charming, yes, but I think getting to spend time with anyone who isn't a total freak would be a terrific relief for Trump.

I think at least once a week about this album. Thrash metal band Skeletonwitch fires their abusive lead singer, hires a new guy and upends their sound to match him, producing a beautifully emotional blast of atmospheric black metal. Their old fans mostly hate it and they never make another album.

this dumb guy and a lot of other narratives aside, i feel like no one is talking about how this movie was put out by a company with essentially no distribution experience and it essentially was not marketed. i'm at the movies twice a week and literally have still not a seen the trailer for it.

PangaeaPanga is one of the smartest art critics in America, operating entirely within the narrow genre of Super Mario Maker levels and SMW rom hacks. One level at a time, he articulates a coherent philosophy for what makes for good and bad storytelling/gameplay.

I get why Newman doesn't want to change the name... you know, it's a pretty successful twenty-five year old brand at this point. You don't have to retcon a new origin story for the name as justification, though.
For years the band claimed the name came from a Jimmy Swaggart quote ("Music is the new pornography") so I'm pretty sure this is... not true?
