The only synagogue in Jackson, MS burned last night. It was arson. They've been here before--they were attacked by the KKK because the rabbi spoke in favor of civil rights.
They have no usable torah for services, all burned. Torahs are handmade! If you can donate a bit this week, here's a spot.

My gut reaction is he was angry at being teased about being a “big boy” and he assassinated a woman in the middle of the street for suggesting he was overweight or out of shape.
This had nothing to do with fear for his safety. He murdered someone out of rage.

This, combined with him *moving to the front of the car* and then reaching for, if not actually unholstering, his weapon before Good even begins moving forward deminstrates that the intention to shoot was not reactive to a threat posed by the vehicle

This sounds so much more like "domestic violence" than it does like "domestic terrorism."
The shooter calls her a "fucking bitch" right after shooting her three times. He shot because he was pissed off, not because he reasonably believed he was in danger. Also, he is filming while handling his weapon at the same time?!? Was he even looking at where he was shooting?

The case would be removed to federal court, but that just means the ICE agent would be prosecuted in front of a federal judge. State prosecutors would still handle the prosecution.
If the Feds want to file federal charges of their own, that would be a different thing, but I don't think they will.
