The antisemitism on Twitter is viscerally unpleasant and often tinged with violence. The antisemitism on here (see Rachel's replies) is more profoundly and personally depressing.
I'll say it again: if any other ethnic or religious minority said "please don't use this particular term or chant, you might not have bad intentions but it is deeply racist and threatening to us", the reaction would be mortified apology.
And that's without a mass terror event four days ago

I sometimes feel this way too, but then I remember that’s what their grandparents and other ancestors did throughout most of history and life was not better for Jews in those conditions than it is for us today, when they poorly veil their beliefs behind modern sanitized rhetoric and dogwhistles

I never thought I'd say this but feeling so bleak this morning, part of me wishes they'd cut the smokescreen and just admit they don't like Jews - in Israel or anywhere else. Embrace the racism. Stop pretending they're the good guys on the side of progressive values. Be honest.

The E.U is voting today on if 210 billion euros of frozen Russian assets should be handed over to Ukraine. Hungary, Slovakia, and Belgium oppose this. Czechia is hesitant. Trump openly opposes this idea as well and has tried to push the E.U against it.

Stated another way, Jews are ethnoreligous, a 4000 year-old Levantine people that pre-date Western categorizations of separateness of religion and national origin. To be Jewish is to be part of that peoplehood that has continued in multiple exiles, beyond simply subscribing to a religion.
