Unfortunately, I am loathe to say that the sole source of remedy here is Congress because, while the first two of these used to be understood to be deeply problematic, we now have to deal with this being a subject of absolute Presidential immunity:

I am getting deeply concerned that the focus on the obvious “Trump gave Bill Clinton a BJ” joke in the Epstein emails is going to be the cause of a huge disaster that’s going to aid Trump in surviving.

That seems pretty reasonable for PC to arrest. Is there any circuit that has held otherwise?
3d Cir. joins the 4th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 10th, 11th, and DC Cirs. in holding that for the odor of marijuana to create PC to search a vehicle, there must be facts connecting that smell to a person for there to be PC to arrest the person. (There were two occupants.)
