Very sad that I felt I had no choice but to resign from The Infinite Monkey Cage - a victory for the transphobes and other bigots - I did it because so much of the media has chosen to believe the kind and empathetic people are a fiction - they are real and so often unrepresented.

Between social media and the 24-hour news cycle, we are bombarded with more disturbing information than we can possibly process. From stories that are framed in biased, bigoted, and plainly false terms to straight-up fantasy slop, our source material for pattern recognition sucks.

Cause they know over the next generations there will be a true "mass migration" of humans trying to escape the effects of climate collapse and capitalist resource wars and want to normalise dishing out utter brutality against those people now instead of actually fixing anything.

Israel hunted a 70 year old lady down with a gun drone and then hoovered above to make sure she bled out next to her dying son. They both join almost 1,000 Palestinians Israel has massacred or maimed in its genocide during the "ceasefire".

This isn't about Eurovision, it's about Israel getting away with committing genocide because THERE ARE NEVER ANY CONSEQUENCES. They should be untouchable by now. Everybody needs to walk the fucking walk.
Eurovision has allowed Israel to compete in 2026.

Ireland, Spain, Slovenia, and the Netherlands have pulled out of the competition following the decision.

Currently walking 40 mins across as Dublin as traffic is at a standstill and it's quicker. It's not even rush hour or a weekend.
Traffic in Dublin has gotten crazy the past few weeks. But the new government is taking money away from public transport projects that could deal with it.

We could have had a new DART station and improved lines at Heuston and Kylemore Road in Ballyfermot. But no. Roads instead.

People need to understand that the neoreactionary movement is one thing with different faces it presents to the public, as demonstrated in the recent BBC shenanigans: the gender crackpots, domestic fascists and genocide enthusiasts are all on the same page with the international fascists.

We're watching the wholesale burning of every scrap of dignity afforded to trans people in the UK, their rights, their medical services, their employment, their place within society, their bodily functions.

It is a disgrace, and a disgusting stain on the government and media of this country.

Asylum seekers have told of how they were followed by men on motorcycles before being subjected to an alleged attack in rural Co Dublin yesterday.

The incident – which saw the young men beaten and their car windows smashed – has been condemned.

Today, I saw a driver overtake a stopped bus and plough through a pedestrian crossing. He beeped three times as he sped though. The beeping was to warn people because, as he had overtaken a bus, he had zero visibility of who was about to step out onto the crossing.

But sure, more hi-vis, everyone
👀 Can you see me now?

The importance of visibility on our roads cannot be understated, particularly for vulnerable road users including pedestrians, cyclists, e-scooter drivers and motorcyclists.
