I'd add that the BBC fails to note the most important factual point -which is that the vast majority of these kids are here because their parents moved here entirely legally, mostly or work.
This article is like a case study in the media normalisation of the far right.

The bulk of the article analyses stats to ask whether Fash Farage is technically correct, when the real issue is his repulsive racism.

Talking about terrible papers I just found this beauty on IEEE explore (but there are many more) attempting to draw a data flow diagram. Note that the summation node has only inputs. No outputs! And of course drawn in something like MS Paint.

Those who are still being able to produce genuine content will be either treated as a curiosity or they will be even more setting new trends. Either way the rest will just regurgitate and fake it with AI for various reasons.

I came to this country as a child refugee. No English, no certainty, no idea what my life could become. Britain gave me refuge.

Not on a timer, not with conditions attached, but with a chance to grow roots.

Heart rate variability (HRV) is one of the widely used physiological measures in psychophysiological research. But with over 100 indices to choose from, how do we know which ones to use?

In our latest paper, we take a data-driven approach to help answer this.

The reaction to the Panorama edit has been nothing short of hysterical. Yes the BBC has some impartiality problems. But its biggest isn't the one you think.
