This whole "small boats" issue is ridiculous! It is INSIGNIFICANT

36k people arrived in 2024 = 0.05% of UK population!

568k people died in the UK in 2024. We're not full!

If we paid ALL of them an average wage it would cost you £17 a year. Let them work & you pay nothing.

UK will be better off.

☀️⚡ Renewables supplied a record share of UK electricity in 2025, driven by record solar power output.

Renewables generated 54.5% of electricity from April to June. Solar hit a record 11% after the sunniest spring on record, while fossil fuels fell to 26.7%.

To be clear what happened here.

Israel bombed a hospital.

They waited for paramedics and first responders to arrive.

Then they bombed it again.

This is known as the 'double tap'.

You are watching unfathomable evil, armed and facilitated by the West.

The Great English Water Scam

This video sets out clearly why the govt won’t re privatise English water.

Water companies have used these assets like a cash cow.

It’s criminal - NO investment - over £50billion borrowing paid to shareholders.

Watch and fume! 🧵

NEW from us: Last year, China started construction on an estimated 95 gigawatts (GW) of new coal power capacity, enough to power the entire UK twice over.

We explain why China's still building new coal power plants, and when and how it might stop and begin phasing out.

Burn in hell, Netanyahu, and all who enable you.
These are NOT images of The Holocaust. These are images of similar brutality and genocide perpetrated by an Israeli government on innocent women and children, using starvation as a weapon.

In pictures: Starvation in Gaza
Food markets are empty. Human waste is piling up. Illness is spreading. And people in Gaza are “collapsing on the streets from hunger and dehydration,” humanitarian organizations warn.

As someone who lives and works here and cares deeply about the place, I'm feeling increasingly uncomfortable with the way in which Dartmoor has become a convenient media trope for the parlous state of nature in UK National Parks, and the tone of the debate around issues affecting biodiversity here.

What I want is a TV documentary channel entirely devoted to documentaries with no quick-cut montages of everything about to happen, which don't give a fuck about keeping my attention, presented by extremely knowledgeable people in a terrible mood who have no interest in trying to make me like them.

Oil prices spiked due to more aggression from a country currently committing genocide.

Renewable energy prices were unaffected.

Do you like entrusting your country's economy to the whims of genocidal maniacs?

An exciting battery project - based on rusting iron! - is being developed in Donegal, one of Ireland's most remote outposts.

It's a new ultra long-duration energy storage tech, and the subject of my latest column:
