A story I think about all time is the Nebraska Republican state legislator who tried to pass something to help a wind farm get built in his rural district, then was successfully primaried by millions of dollars of Koch/oil money in retaliation (there's no oil in his district or really in Nebraska)
Republican congressional districts stand to lose a whole heck of a lot, as the GOP ends and/or phases out key incentives supporting clean energy.
