The issue isn’t that there are revolting deranged bigots in America. The issue isn’t even that they have their own following. The issue is that they are prominent advisors and friends to the President of the United States and his team.

you may not care about Virginia primary elections (why would you?) but it’s pretty funny that former RVA mayor Levar Stoney would have won the primary for lieutenant governor… were it not for Richmond voting for his opponent at like a 3:1 rate compared to the rest of the commonwealth. Vicious work

UPDATE: Nick is in good spirits and recovering in hospital. The doctor told me the injury was so bad that they treated it as if it were a gunshot wound. Part of a stun grenade traveled deep into the tissue and was only visible by a cat scan. He sends his love and appreciation for all the support.

Between the fires and these protests, I hope this year teaches everyone that most of the shit talking you hear about California and more specifically, LA, comes from racists and gentrifying transplants. Most people love living here and would do anything to protect it.
