A driver doing 50mph in a 20mph limit killed 27 year old Harry Webb two years ago in Kenworthy Rd in Hackney.

Communities rightly remember people killed on roads, treated as race tracks, by people speeding through.

We all need to be clear that speeding is harmful and a risk never worth taking.

Palantir was a warning sign.

Keir Starmer choosing to hand our data and security to US tech companies is an outrageous failure of judgment.

All in the name of "investment." What about national security?

Dear @novaramedia.com
I've cancelled by monthly donation to you.
Trans people should always be treated with dignity and I'll never support any politician or media outlet that believes otherwise.

Sooz is right - lots of transphobics hate other minorities too.

I don't get the hate for trans people, they are a tiny minority, living their lives as best they can. I don't see how you can say that trans women pose a threat to women but Tommy Ten Names and Fuhrage are fine.
I can't trust politicians who are anti-trans. Not because I'm "only searching for perfection" which is what centrists will be accusing me of for the rest of my life, it's because if you're not pro-trans you'll be garbage on lots of other issues too. Being anti-trans NEVER exists in a vacuum.

Reform UK, which has a grand total of four MPs, was just given an uninterrupted platform for an hour and a half on the BBC and Sky News channels, in order to talk about its plans for mass deportations

When was the last time the Greens (with four MPs) or the Lib Dems (with 72) were given the same?

The UK economy contracted by 0.1% in January.

Can't build a sustainable economy without improving the purchasing power of the bottom 50%.

Need redistribution of income/wealth; not more austerity, real wage cuts, erosion of welfare and services.

Must abandon neoliberal policies.

As MPs we are concerned about the manner of the policing and the apparent denial of civil liberties at a recent Gaza protest.

We write to the Home Secretary seeking an independent investigation into the policing of the protest and review of public order legislation.

Have deleted the apps for Insta and Facebook. Don't feel like using them much now, but frustrating as they're good places to share info with friends.

Keeping WhatsApp for now, but, it's worrying that the main ways people keep in contact are controlled by one single company.

This is the type of radicalised content that socialises people towards violence against Ministers and MPs

Apparently the dog has given up on trying to shove the children off 'his' sofa and has tried a sneakier tactic. Daughter has just shouted "Muuuuum the dog has just sniffed my bum!" As she ran across the living room to sit with her dad instead.
