I will also add that everyone you see posting on here from MN is doing lots that they AREN'T posting about, and it's very likely that MN friends who have been oddly quiet are also doing things they can't or won't discuss right now. Someday, in the distant future, we can tell you stories.

The people who are saying shit like "well it's either this or the borders are totally open" are doing their best to convince America that we should have completely open borders.

Part of the issue is a bedrock refusal to accept the fact the people who wanted to defund the police were correct and political elites refused to address their claims. They want to make that a grassroots rather than elite failure which is why they point to Pelosi/Clinton/Biden as representative.

They're backed by the same network as Trump. That's why so many Epstein associates are/were in top level Dem positions. FFS Maxwell family friend Anthony Blinken was made Sec of State. No different than Epstein family friend Barr being made AG. They're all one group funded by the same backers.

The better plan would be to make sure it’s with someone who can get it to a lawyer.

It’s not a shield - the feds will just toss papers they don’t like. It also makes people who don’t have passports into targets, which is the opposite of what ppl want to be doing.

This is absolute nonsense.

ICE cannot expand their own powers and the fact that the NYT doesn’t point out that it’s blatantly NOT a thing they can decide to do, thus illegal - is - I’m out of words.
FLAG: Federal agents were told this week that they have broader power to arrest people without a warrant, according to an internal ICE memo reviewed by NYT.

The change expands the ability of lower-level ICE agents to carry out sweeps rounding up people they suspect are undocumented immigrants.

I’m over this.

I’m tired of the ‘but the law says this so we have to let them enforce the law’ WHICH ISN’T A THING THAT THEY ARE DOING!!!

They aren’t enforcing laws. They’re terrorizing people. They’re breaking every law in the book. While judges make us follow them. The whole system is trash.
Judge Menendez denies Minnesota plaintiffs’ request to end Operation Metro Surge because they don’t meet the high bar set by the 10th Amendment, but she also points to what she doesn’t decide, including the legality of what ICE is doing on the ground.

npr had the head of minnesota's sheriff's association on yesterday to push exactly this line that we're "wasting resources" focusing on "the wrong people"
begging people to drop the notion that there are “bad” deportable people and it’d be ok if the state just focused on them. we’ve seen the state describe as violent assault on officers a white man throwing a sandwich at one and a white woman slowly steering her car away from another
So Tom Homan (ICE director) just said instead of ICE going around taking people from the street, the jails are going to notify ICE when they have a violent inmate who was found to be an undocumented immigrant so ICE can arrest them in jail. WHY DIDNT THEY DO THAT TO BEGIN WITH!? SMH

none of these people have ever been in a black bloc, have ever done direct action in an autonomous group, have done antifa activism, they are the ones who are only online without any connection with actual on the grounds activism because actual activists don’t try to get arrested.

The Epstein emails should really end the debate over whether society should have billionaires. "Do you want there to be a class of people so powerful they can fuck your kids and no one will even try to do anything" seems like an easy sell if everyone in politics wasn't trying to get on their payroll

And in the meantime, random bloggers and podcasters are out there actually solving crimes. What could they do with actual funds and backing? Instead we get this crap.
Why the fuck do we have so many cops & so many FBI agents & so many sprawling law enforcement intelligence fusion networks if all they ever do is say "the victim didn't email us back so we never followed up on their accusations against Jeffery Epstein" or "she sounds crazy, allegations disregarded"

Marimar Martinez is a hero.

She was shot 5 times by ICE.

The agent told her to “do something b*tch” before opening fire.

He later bragged “5 shots, 7 holes”.

DHS tried to smear her reputation but video footage vindicated her.

Next week she will testify in Washington about ICE’s brutality.

The only thing one can conclude is that none of the people who ran the intervening administrations ever had any problem with this behavior - or that they were content to use it as influence, rather than create consequences and stop it.
So the federal intelligence community & department of justice has had this information for how many years? And just been sitting on it? Letting these people wreak havoc on society?

Six days ago federal officers murdered a man in the streets of Minneapolis and we still don't know their identities. Is there any modern precedent for this?

A significant majority of the $75 billion that Congress gave ICE in the OBBBA will go to private companies that operate most of the machinery of mass deportations; they staff and provide the prisons, they drive the buses, and they own and fly the planes. They are all set to cash in massively.
NEW: Meet the private-equity firm -- and its billionaire immigrant CEO -- making millions off some of ICE's cruelest deportation flights.
