If speed cameras are merely a revenue tool, why stop at getting rid of them? Speeding tickets are just a cash grab by the police, so adios! Corporations being fined for breaking environmental laws? No thanks, that's just Big Government with their hands in our pockets again!
If municipalities had made speed cameras appear to be anything but a revenue tool, they might have had a chance of surviving. But the way the program was rolled out meant someone had to save cities from themselves. kitchener.citynews.ca/2025/09/24/f...

It's this. Yes there might be a "male loneliness epidemic" but its entirely self inflicted. Masculinity influencers have sold boys a toxic set of behaviors that repulse people. Rather than admit those behaviors are gross and awful they demand the rest of society "meet them half way".
Wife: I'll buy a subscription to any publication that writes one honest story about the "masculinity crisis" that just says "Men want to be able to treat women like shit and still get laid" and just be done with it. There's no more depth to the discussion. There is no nuance.
