What the tech bros and bean-counting suits commandeering Hollywood fail to realize is that most people don’t consume art just because it’s “content.” Art is a means to get inside another human being’s brain, and a method by which to admire and appreciate someone’s keenly developed craft.

I went into Ralphs just to get milk and as I pulled a gallon out of the fridge another shopper stopped me to tell me three jokes (really puns) about milk. Also there was a guy busking (poorly) on accordion out in front of the store. What a weird day.
