DOJ has sued 8 states for refusing to turn over their full, unreacted voter files. My team has now filed motions to defend those states against this attack on federalism in 6 of those states: ME, MI, MN, NH, OR and PA.

Separation of powers & independence of judiciary is foundational in our nation. While no one should be above the law, forcible arrest & charging a judge for conduct in her courtroom must rise to a heightened level that doesn't seem present here in order to justify such extreme action.
