Don't forget: for every union barista on strike, dozens of customers and allies have joined in solidarity by walking picket lines, showing their support online and in-person, and committing to not buy Starbucks. ✊ #NoContractNoCoffee

After 45 days on ULP strike, you've got to get center joy! But don't let our dance moves fool you: we're serious about this strike. You can find us on the line until Starbucks stops union busting and settles a fair union contract.

Starbucks Union Keeps it Dancing on the Picket Line
On Saturday, with Pittsburgh bracing for an arctic blast, forty baristas gathered for a picket line in front of the Bloomfield Starbucks to complete the first month of their strike. They stayed warm w...

Gen Z men are the most pro-union generation yet, and the reason is simple: unions help workers build real financial stability.

Higher wages, better benefits, and a voice on the job matter, especially in an economy where costs keep rising and job security feels out of reach.

Why Gen Z Men Are the Most Pro-Union Generation in History: Unions Build Stable Finances
Gen Z men support unions more strongly than any other group, both today and when older generations were their age. Looking at the gains from union membership for young men, it’s easy to understand why...

Inflation is breaking workers. Poverty wages are breaking workers. But a living wage can save workers.

Do the right thing, make our country affordable again!

Arguing against working people making a living
wage is arguing for poverty.
And, let’s be clear: No one deserves poverty.

If you paid $1 in federal income taxes last year, you paid more than SpaceX & Tesla, Elon Musk's companies that are now worth $2.3 trillion.

Elon himself would probably be worth $0 without $38 billion in corporate welfare.

But sure, keep blaming the families receiving food stamps.

Polyworking won’t slow down because we have a president who continues to make this country unaffordable.

Quick PSA: If you work full-time, you should be paid enough to live a decent life. Doesn't matter what the job is.

We’re heading into over a month of our national ULP strike and through it all, workers are resolute. Snow, sleet, rain, or shine. ☃️

Baristas in Rockford, IL are braving the weather to send a clear message to Starbucks: stop union busting and settle a fair contract now. ✊🏽

Believing Santa is solely responsible for all the Christmas magic is similar to believing billionaires are self-made. Blahhhhh! Join a union.

Billionaires don't
create wealth.
Workers do.

Let’s be clear: using AI to secretly raise grocery prices on some shoppers is unethical. Food isn’t a luxury, and families shouldn’t be treated like test subjects for profit-maximizing algorithms.

Without ACA tax credit extensions, millions will pay hundreds more monthly for health insurance or lose coverage. This isn’t an abstract policy debate. It’s parents skipping doctor visits, prescriptions going unfilled, and families forced to choose between healthcare and rent.
December 22, 2025 at 11:45 PM
This holiday season, remember Republican House Speaker Johnson's suggestion that extending Obamacare subsidies ISN'T that important because it will
only benefit 24 MILLION Americans. But Johnson & Congressional Republicans worked around the clock to pass legislation to ONLY benefit 924 BILLIONAIRES!

Day THIRTY-NINE of our national ULP strike - and baristas are fired up, united, and taking action.

Our demands are clear: Starbucks needs to stop union busting and finalize a contract with the pay, hours, and protections we need to succeed. #NoContractNoCoffee

Without an extension of ACA tax credits, insurance costs are set to skyrocket for millions of Americans. This is the sad reality for working people when Congress doesn’t act.

More than 36 days into the national ULP strike, Starbucks baristas are still holding the line. They’re in this for the long haul and won’t stop until Starbucks ends union busting and settles a fair contract.

We took our ULP strike to Starbucks HQ in Seattle and plan to stay until Starbucks stops union busting & brings new proposals to the table.

Yesterday @jayapal.house.gov picketed with us.

Today the cops told baristas they’ve been asked to clear the camp by tomorrow. Watch this space!
