The public might reasonably ask here: how come there’s so much factionalism and sectarianism, now that all the factional sectarians have been ruthlessly eradicated from the party?

Every single US president of my lifetime has been responsible for far more death, destruction, misery, and poverty than the Ayatollah of Iran. If you're gonna talk about "regime change" in the name of "human rights", start with the corrupt oligarchy in the US.

We have choices to make.

Do we invest in our communities and people who live across the country?

Or do we provide tax breaks & subsides to billionaires?

The Green Party will always push the right choice.

I feel like the Nobel peace prize people could have avoided this if they gave their medal to someone who dedicated their life to peace, rather than just "this person is an opposition leader."

Trump left the Maduro regime in place in Venezuela. He has simply used military force to extract oil revenue. This has, by some accounts, been responsible for increasing political repression.

Machado knows this, but she is cynically flattering Trump to try get him to entirely overthrow the regime.
