The USDA and the NNSA did NOT "accidentally fire" anyone. They did it on purpose. The DOGE team is just too arrogant and lazy to look at what any of these people do and ask themselves "should our nuclear stockpile be left with no one looking after it? how about bird flu?".

Eat the rich.

First Elonald has people in charge of our nukes fired, and now the USDA is trying to un-fire people tasked with protecting us from the bird flu?

Elon Musk and DOGE are in the news again for trying to undo firings of USDA staff who were working on the H5N1 avian flu outbreak.

Firing people working on a current crisis is visibly stupid. But firing people working on preventing or responding to the next crisis should be seen just as dimly. 👇

BREAKING: The USDA, under DOGE orders, has accidentally fired staff working to combat bird flu. It’s now trying to rehire them.

It follows the accidental firing of nuclear safety staff last Friday.

And the accidental firing of FAA’s experienced aviation safety staff.

Incompetence will be deadly.
