And again, I hope there will be activists doing EVERYTHING THEY CAN to ensure life-saving medication is given to the children who need it and are denied by the state. If they ban puberty blockers, it'll be a moral imperative to break that law or facilitate breaking that law.

I really lucked out with my coworkers. Some of them have known me for a decade, I moved full-time at work and told them my new name just one month ago and NOT ONCE have I been even accidentally misgendered or deadnamed. Not one time. Things are bleak for me in a lot of ways atm, BUT I HAVE THAT.
I got "brothered" by the uber driver despite particular care to my appearance today and I just almost turned around and went home to hide in bed but then when I got to work as I was walking into my new office one of my co-workers shouted out "wait up for me girl" and that made things so much better.

Dude clearly doesn't know many trans people. Sure not all trans people are gay, but many of the gayest people I know are trans. :-/
