I dag ble saken henlagt av Statsadvokaten.

Also plenty of trans 'specialists' do not in fact know any more about HRT than the average trans person; many do in fact know less; many are antagonistic to trans people leading their own regimens and rely on outdated information and scholarship; many trans people are consequently under-dosed.
It's really easy to spot once you're looking at it, but it sneaks in by avoiding a very simple truth:
Any general practitioner has the necessary competence to prescribe HRT to trans people and monitor possible side effects.
Prescribing standard medications with known side effects is their job.

Absolutely insane. Uneblieveable. "Sex Matters", one of the hate groups responsible for removing trans people's rights via the Supreme Court are arguing that trans people shouldn't be allowed to transition because they don't have rights and not having rights is bad. Fucking hell

I høst var ni forskjellige ansatte ved OUS innom journalen min 43 ganger i forbindelse med at de behandlet flere innsynsbegjæringer. Det sluttet ikke før Sivilombudet ba dem om å gjennomgå rutinene sine.
Jeg er ikke den eneste. Er intervjuet om journalsnoking og ytringsfrihet for transfolk i BLIKK.

BREAKING: I have seen confirmation that the indefinite puberty blocker ban for trans kids that was passed by the NI Executive yesterday will be UK-wide. It will come into effect on January 1 2025 when the temporary ban expires.
