We have to break the narrative that forcing trans people into third separate but equal spaces somehow isn’t discrimination. It very much is discrimination
Yeah my takeaway from the goodlaw article is that it seems very much legal to segregate trans people as long as the provisions for it are made available. We must wholly reject being forced into third spaces.

I know this is a tired topic, but it'll never be normal to me how we discuss colonialism and slavery and warmongering as historical ills and yet strategy games not only regularly recreate them as value-free mechanical systems but work to reenact specific historical examples devoid of commentary.
