In short: Even though the court ordered discovery based on the likelihood of vindictive and selective prosecution, we don't even need to get into it and you should dismiss the charges now given we just learned the DOJ lied to a judge about Costa Rica not accepting Mr. Abrego.

Immigrants help feed and build our communities, they enrich our lives. I agree with Rep Swalwell (D-CA) we don’t need a Ivy League, investment banker nepo congressman like Rep Gill (R-TX) telling us we need more laws to deport people when DHS already doesn’t follow the law.
