Here in Philly in '23, Police Officer Mark Dial charged Eddie Irizarry's car screaming "I will fucking shoot you!" and immediately firing, killing the man. He was convicted of manslaughter and acquitted and placed back on the force.

Before Trump, law enforcement were trained to behave professionally. At a traffic stop they would start with words such as "Mam, may I see your drivers license and registration."
