I don't know if this really matters for UNC because their administration and many donors are already on board with Trump.

Of course Durbin was a yes vote because he's not running again. I'm sorry but if Democrats don't want this to look suspicious they should have tried harder by not voting with the Republicans because this is NOT a deal. It is simply Democrats voting with Republicans.
