Time to repeal Virginia's right to work law. Should be the first bill.
Looks like the Dems will pick up 12 seats in the VA House of Delegates, which will go from 51-49 to 63-37 D-R. That's an honestly shocking result.

Must read from @rdnayak.bsky.social @sharblock.bsky.social and Seema Nanda on the ramifications of the attacks on the NLRA for workers, communities, and democracy writ large + what is (and has long been) happening at the state/local levels to organize and fight back.
The NLRA is under attack, and it’s not just workers who would lose out. Unions are fundamental to a functioning democracy, and strong unions can mount a defense for workers and for democracy. Read our latest in Democracy Journal:

Move to hold the agents who assaulted a sitting senator in contempt of Congress. Call for articles of impeachment against Noem. Stop working on crypto legislation. Demonstrate the stakes of what is happening in LA with your actions.

Paul Weiss and Columbia are taking exactly the wrong actions in acceding to Trump, and they are among the entities most well-positioned to fight back.

These are legacy-shaming decisions by the leadership of both, and those far less powerful will now, and surely in short order, pay the price.
