I am confused by the legal authority of ICE and CBP which I realize are different entities. Do they have arrest powers and if so under what authority?
they should arrest every ICE agent who wears POLICE on their jackets or vests, for impersonating a police office. Get the national guard in to protect the cops if necessary, but stop letting ICE run amok.
