This is why, after forming government in 2017. the BC NDP passed a law banning donations to political parties from businesses & unions Only individual citizens can donate to political parties in BC & it makes a difference.
This ban needs to be enacted across Canada.

Wife & daughter both teach. Neither was politically active (like me) but this strike has put one their futures in the career in doubt & my wife to finish underpaid & in miserable conditions (TA)
