I believed in a better world for a long time, but actually having children radicalized my heart in ways I am still discovering.
Both pro-lifers and oralists in deaf Ed always said to me, "well you've never beencpregnant/aren't a mom so you can't understand/comment" and now that have birthed a kid and I am a parent of a deaf kid, I am 100x more radical than I ever was lol
I love my son, beyond all sense and reason. But being pregnant made me more radical about abortion rights than anything else in a long lifetime of feminist actions. Fetal DNA crosses the placenta *and* the blood/brain barrier and lodges in the brain FOREVER. They can find it in autopsies.

I hope folks grasp the fascistic resentment underpinning this shit, and the fact that there is nothing these AI robber barons would like more than to automate human creativity because they resent it and wish to devalue, own, and control it and us.

Deaf Disabled kids getting excluded from deaf schools is not new, but it's something #deafed leaders need desperately to address. First, for the well-being of all deaf children, but second, for the well-being of deaf education. You can't play in the #eugenics sewer and come out clean.
