Chris Bassitt again today on MLBPA: "I understand that there's a sense ... there's weakness all of a sudden. The reality is, no matter who's in charge, our strength is the players and I don't think for a second that has changed. We will continue to fight and protect our rights."

I think it’s very smart that the first season of the 2 spinoff shows were “throne room drama” and “whimsical low stakes,” the way you expand a universe is by telling entirely different stories.
Now based on Season 2 of HoD, I’m worried about how serious Dunk Season 2 will be but

what’s cool about GOT and ancillary stories is you can take the longer view like we do and see “yeah 500 years prior there was a big battle with dragons and this king died and this one died too, but this guy became king,” while also engaging with the tragedy and satisfaction of it as it happens
