this is what happens whenever there is a protest. A big group comes in claiming to be experts at protesting and start clipping our wings. No more whistles it's rude. No shouting/cussing at the agents. protests must remain peaceful. These people are on the side of Fascists and should be ignored.
the dominant "rapid response" group in DC is deliberately discouraging the use of whistles and offering no alternative system to alert people who are in immediate danger. wrecker behavior at best, at worst infiltration.
