Seems we're forgetting Fetterman won against Mehmet Oz by a 51% (to 46%) of the vote. You can blame leftists, but its also Pennsylvania, which is not exactly a far left state. Oz was a horrible candidate, and still Pennsylvanians voted for him in droves.
