even if you lie about jonathan ross's (the murderer) actions and claim he shot his gun out of self defense because he believed he was about to be run over, he OBJECTIVELY shot multiple times once he was OBJECTIVELY out of harm's way, that is OBJECTIVELY not self defense anymore even if it ever was
