Bulking was hard, I’m honestly looking forward to cutting! The necessary dietary strictness is easier for me to adhere; I can just eat roughly the same 3 kinds of meals in rotation every day for 7 weeks and still have my 4oz of gin every night. After the adjustment period it goes pretty smooth
started my bulk about 6mo ago and went up 10 lbs, which was roughly the target after a slow start figuring out exactly how many extra calories it would take to put on weight. While a lot of it is fat I’m pretty sure I put on a few lbs of muscle too, notably on my back and shoulders. Time to cut!!
