Undocumented migrants CAN NOT purchase houses. The amount of paperwork needed to buy a house is just plain stupid.
The "people" buying our housing supply and causing the affordability issues are CORPORATIONS, like the Trump organization who buy up housing and land to drive up their portfolio value.

I am not a fan of "jungle primaries" especially without ranked choice. Party voters should be able to decide who runs in the general on behalf of the party. (And the primary and general should use instant run off ranked choice.)
More candidates in the race should be a good thing, but because of California's top-two primary system, every additional Democrat in the race can make it less likely any Democrat at all makes it to November.

That's the opposite of how crime enforcement works. For a reason. Especially when it comes to capital punishment.
