What if Democrats’ Big Shutdown Loss Turns Out to Be a Win? www.nytimes.com/2025/11/11/u...
Schumer is pulling in a lot of favors to get some positive press. The total tool who wrote this is the absolute worst sort of "journalist," who will do almost anything to maintain her access.

Reagan explaining why Trump's fondness for tariffs is FUBAR. The current GOP is betraying everything Reagan stood for.
So they didn’t like the ad. Let’s just post Reagan’s 5 min speech against tariffs as it appears on YouTube.

Over and over. On all platforms (some of y’all are still on X).

www.nytimes.com/2025/10/22/u... In this article the NYTimes reporter and his editors goes out of their way to help Trump lie, not once, but twice. And he allows the WH source doing the actual lying for Trump to remain anonymous. This is 100% pure propaganda, not even pretending to do journalism.

@nytimes.com managing editors Carolyn Ryan and Marc Lacey are responsible for this.No more pretending there aren't real people making these awful editorial decisions designed to protect Trump. Let's make them famous.
The huge No Kings protests, an estimated 7 million people addressing America's worst crisis since the Civil War, get a tiny headline on the New York Times homepage, with no photo.
Why does NYT think change happens only when politicians hold news conferences and not when everyday people take action?

Don't give money to the Salvation Army. They are a right-wing pretend-christian organization. Always have been.
Salvation Army seen feeding ICE today. For anyone who doesn't already know about their bigotry, here is more, No need to give them your money this Christmas, or ever.
It’s dinner time for the police. Appears to be pizza from a Salvation Army van.

The mistake here is to assume that the six fascist justices care about any of this, especially Roberts who-despite decades of media propaganda trying to portray him as an "institutionalist"-actually only cares about the agenda he has had since law school to radically remake the court and the law.
Luttig has it right here: “[T]he Supreme Court has given them no choice but to speak out.”
More judges speak to the press (the NYT) about what a disaster the Supreme Court (specifically the shadow docket) has been - “incredibly demoralizing & troubling”; a “judicial crisis”; a “slap in the face to district courts.” www.nytimes.com/2025/10/11/u...

To all those who continue to defend @nytimes.com , please defend this. This is intentional propaganda to help Trump. The editors know what Trump is saying is a lie and Noem in that picture is looking at a peaceful street. But they print a story and use a pic that suggest Trump might be right. WTF?
Collect a claim from one side, collect a claim from the other, present them both to the reader with an awkward shrug and a "who can say?"

And the photo choice -- Noem's looking down ... on what? The reverse angle showed a small crowd and a quiet street. But can't show that, it's biased to one side!
A classic case of irresponsible both-sidesism from the NYT. The story is that Trump and MAGA propagandists are lying about Portland to incite a conflict, not that there are different views of the matter.

100x this👇🏼
You would not fire these people—including the staff of the hugely, HUGELY important 'Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report'—if you cared at all about public health, if you wanted people to live.

And you would not let your thuggish henchmen fire people like this if you were a responsible president.
BREAKING: Friday night massacre underway at CDC. Doznes of "disease detectives," high-level scientists, entire Washington staff and editors of the MMWR (Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report) have all been RIFed and received the following notice:

watching @maddow.msnbc.com spend at least the first 25 minutes of her show helping kamala harris promote her new book instead of talking about what Trump did today-playing doctor, telling people not to take tylenol and telling parents not to vaccinate their kids. This is our media failing us again.

www.nytimes.com/2025/08/01/u... What's really remarkable about this article is that it completely fails to note that all three Ninth Circuit judges on the panel were appointed by Trump, but it does take a swipe at the Ninth Circuit as a whole calling it "famously liberal." Objective reporting?

And my bet is the corp media, especially @nytimes.com , will not correct this lie, and will actually treat it as a legit argument.

@clarajeffery.bsky.social may want to also explain how and why a "great institution" would offer up such one-sided reporting, intentionally failing to provide context to make Trump look good when all the relevant facts paint a far different picture.
The Times reported Trump signed a disaster declaration for the flooded Texas counties, but did not report that Trump then immediately went golfing or give context by noting Trump has been refusing such declarations for areas in states that did not vote for him. This is "objective" reporting, LOL.
July 6, 2025 at 7:18 PM
The author of the story is however still allowed to post tons of s**t that should violate any newspaper's social media standards. Wonder what explains the different treatment?
I deleted several posts about a Times story because they violated Times social media standards.
July 4, 2025 at 5:20 PM
If they really are "good reporters," why are they still working at @nytimes.com , which now just a propaganda organ for Trump.
Many very good reporters still working there. But institutionally, the NYT is just polite Fox News.
It is absolutely insane that the New York Times is granting anonymity to famous extremist race science activists in order for them to launch political attacks. More than the anonymity, the complete lack of relevant context here is egregious.
July 4, 2025 at 2:01 AM
@nytimes.com not only grossly normalized what Trump did, he only "escalates attacks," making it sound like normal political rhetoric, they also buried the story deep inside their webpage. The Times is seriously broken and its editors don't understand their jobs,or maybe they think this is their job?

100% this👇🏼We legally have the right to know who is seizing/arresting people allegedly under color of law and ultimately in our name (we the people).
A federal officer cannot be “doxxed.” The public has a right to know who is operating in our government, especially if they have the power to imprison someone.
Acting ICE Director Todd Lyons: "If you look before January 20, and even after January 20, the men & women of ICE did not have to have masks on their face. Me personally, I don't want those officers having to wear masks bc it's hot, it's dangerous. But ICE agents are being doxxed at a horrible rate"

www.nytimes.com/live/2025/05... This supposed news article offers not one verified fact about Trump's fake trade deal. It simply repeats Trump's claims/lies and then speculates about what "might" be in any deal. This is NOT journalism, its propaganda for the Dear leader.

This is amazing, and very on point. Trump is doing what caused us to revolt against our last king.
The Declaration of Independence lists 27 specific grievances against King George III, so I started highlighting the same offenses that Donald Trump has also committed.

So far I count 10 in whole & 4 in part, while Trump is threatening/planning several more (items 5, 9, 11, 15, 20, & 23).

Thoughts?
